SHIPPING POLICY

Due to a usual high volume of orders, unless the product is available and ready to ship, it will take approximately 3-6 weeks to be ready and shipped out. Once shipped, it will take 2-7 business days to arrive to you via USPS unless you pay extra for overnight shipping which in that case it will arrive the next day by 6 PM at the latest guaranteed or your shipping fee will be refunded if otherwise. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as the order is shipped. Please contact us if needed by a certain date before ordering to make sure we are aware and can accomodate the need by date.

REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not, under any circumstances, issue refunds. If any issues arise with your purchase or any disappointments, we will accomodate in any way that we can. We go above and beyond for our clients, hatever we need to fix will be fixed until our clients are satisfied.

We do accept returns and exchanges under the circumstance that the hair and lace have not been tampered with or worn. In that case, we can resell the product as long as it's in perfect condition, and refund you the money that way or make you another wig or give you a different product of equal or lesser value.
